Kevin Owens, Cody Rhodes agree to future match on WWE SmackDown

Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens have agreed to a future match.

Rhodes and Owens confronted one another on WWE SmackDown. Rhodes challenged Owens saying it could be tonight, Survivor Series, or Saturday Night’s Main Event. Owens agreed to a match, saying he would do it on his own terms. He agreed with Rhodes saying that piledriving Randy Orton crossed a line, but also said that while he loves Orton, he hated Rhodes.

The promo ended with Rhodes disagreeing, saying he didn’t think Owens really hated him, he thinks Owens hates himself. He said when they have this match, there isn’t a line he won’t cross either.

Owens and Rhodes have been feuding following the events of Bad Blood, when Owens jumped Rhodes backstage in a social media angle. Randy Orton attempted to settle the differences between the two, but ended up getting laid out by Owens for his troubles. After their Crown Jewel match went nowhere, Orton and Owens got into another confrontation on SmackDown, this time ending after Owens laid out Orton with a piledriver, a banned move in WWE.
