John Cena tag team match booked for WWE Fastlane

John Cena has a tag match at Fastlane, but doesn’t have a partner.
By the end of Friday’s SmackDown, John Cena had signed a contract pitting himself against Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso. AJ Styles had originally agreed to team with Cena. However, Sikoa and Uso attacked Styles backstage prior to the contract signing, sending him out in an ambulance after Sikoa splashed Styles off a platform. Cena confronted both Sikoa and Uso in the ring after Styles’ assault, but was laid out by both men to end the show.
Cena opened SmackDown saying he wanted to wrestle, with Styles coming out saying if The Bloodline wanted some, they could get some. It eventually turned into a show-long storyline where official Adam Pearce looked to sign the tag match. Paul Heyman agreed to the match as long as it wouldn’t take place on Friday’s show. Uso said they’d sign the contract in the ring. Heyman didn’t seem pleased by Uso’s move, saying decisions like that needed approval from the Tribal Chief.
Since making his return earlier this month, Cena has gotten directly involved with The Bloodline, telling Uso at one point that the wrong brother had left SmackDown.
