Jey Uso feels like he’s near end of career, still has a couple years left

For the first time, Jey Uso can feel the end of his in-ring career starting to approach.
Uso is one day away from the biggest match of his life: challenging Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 41. To promote Mania, Uso was a guest on The Masked Man Show this week and spoke about his future in the ring.
“I’m on the end of my career, I feel like. I still got a couple years left. I still feel strong, but this is the first time I’ve kind of felt the years kind of catching up on me,” Uso said. “Getting older, man. I’ll be 40 in August. I love wrestling. Wrestling is everything. I’m just starting to get to the point where I just want to venture out a little bit more.”
When asked about outside-the-ring ventures he’s interested in, Uso said he likes being on podcasts and letting people see his real personality. His WWE goals for the rest of his career include winning the Undisputed WWE Championship and World Heavyweight Championship, and Uso would like another tag team run with his twin brother Jimmy.
Uso will become a singles World Champion for the first time in his career if he defeats Gunther at WrestleMania. He’s hoping to go on first on night one and have his match against Gunther set the tone for the rest of the event.
