Jesse Ventura attends WWE Raw in St. Paul, Minnesota

Jesse Ventura attended WWE Raw.
On X, Triple H posted a video of himself greeting the former WWE commentator and former governor of Minnesota backstage. Monday’s Raw takes place in St. Paul.
“Welcome home, Jesse Ventura,” Triple H wrote. “Honored to have one of the all-time greats back to #WWERaw tonight.”
Ventura, 73, revealed back in April he and WWE were “talking again” following Vince McMahon’s resignation from WWE and TKO in January. In May, he told Frank Morano of WABC 77 Radio that he was negotiating with the company regarding a WWE Legends contract.
“I’m back negotiating with them,” he said at the time. “We’re in talks right now. In fact, I have contracts with my attorney right now with the WWE. And I can only say that that’s happened because of the change of direction in the company.”
Starting his tenure with the company as a wrestler, Ventura is best remembered for his run as a color commentator in the 1980s with the WWE. Since leaving the company in 1990, he’s made several appearances since then including being the guest referee in the SummerSlam 1999 main event and also guest hosted an episode of Raw in 2009.
