Intercontinental title contender’s tournament to continue on next WWE Raw
Two triple threat IC title contender’s tournament bouts, plus Zelina Vega in singles action are set for the September 2 WWE Raw.
Two triple threat matches in the Intercontinental title contender’s tournament are set for next week, with Ilja Dargunov vs. Dragon Lee vs. Dominik Mysterio taking part in one three-way, and Sheamus vs. Bronson Reed vs. Ludwig Kaiser squaring off in the other.
The winners of next week’s triple threat tournament bouts will join Pete Dunne & Jey Uso in a four-way on the September 9 WWE Raw to crown a new number one contender to Bron Breakker’s Intercontinental Championship.
Another match is also set for next week, with Zelina Vega facing Pure Fusion Collective’s Shayna Baszler.
The announced card for the Labor Day edition of WWE Raw on Monday, September 2 from the Ball Arena in Denver:
