Hulk Hogan: Bron Breakker could be WWE’s next top guy

Hulk Hogan is a huge fan of rising WWE star Bron Breakker.
Breakker, the son of Rick Steiner and nephew of Scott Steiner, has been getting a big push since joining the Raw roster in the 2024 WWE Draft. He was formerly a champion in NXT and had a brief stint on SmackDown after getting called up to the main roster earlier this year.
In an interview with Bill Apter for Sportskeeda WrestleBinge, Hogan said he thinks Breakker could be WWE’s next top star.
“He’s something else. He’s wise beyond his years,” Hogan said about Breakker. “Number one, to be that intense and to know the red light’s on and to be able to stay in that zone, it’s very impressive. So, if they do the right thing with him, that could be your next Stone Cold, The Rock, or Hulk Hogan. He could be the guy.”
We’ve seen an especially intense version of Breakker since he moved to Raw. Hogan agreed with Apter that there are a lot of similarities between Breakker and Goldberg, who both played football before starting in pro wrestling.
“Yeah, a lot of similarities, a lot of similarities,” Hogan said. “He’s just got that extra spice. Bill [Goldberg] had a certain thing, I had a certain thing, The Rock had a certain thing. Bron Breakker has all of the above, plus he’s got a little extra spice on his plate. I mean, he’s ramped it up, and he’s just getting started. I can’t even imagine what’s going to happen when he really figures it out.”
At Money in the Bank, Breakker will attempt to win his first main roster title as he challenges Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship. The event is taking place in Toronto on Saturday, July 6.
