Edge to address his attack on AJ Styles on WWE Raw

Edge will appear on this coming Monday’s Raw to address his actions on this week’s show.

WWE announced during tonight’s episode of SmackDown that Edge will appear on the March 7 edition of Raw after he attacked AJ Styles.

In the closing segment of Raw this week, Styles answered Edge’s WrestleMania open challenge. The two shook hands, but Edge attacked Styles instead. Styles fought back and went for the phenomenal forearm. Edge responded by hitting Styles with a groin shot and followed it up with two conchairtos. WWE has since confirmed that Styles and Edge will face each other at WrestleMania 38. Which night the match will take place has yet to be announced.

Following the attack, Styles tweeted a response to his WrestleMania opponent.

Only one match has been announced for Raw next Monday. Alpha Academy’s Chad Gable & Otis will defend the Raw Tag Team Championships against RK-Bro (Randy Orton & Riddle) and Seth Rollins & Kevin Owens. The show will take place from the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio.
