Dolph Ziggler vs. Sami Zayn set for WWE Survivor Series

Dolph Ziggler has an opponent for Survivor Series.

Sami Zayn defeated Rusev on tonight’s episode of Raw to earn the right to challenge Ziggler for his Intercontinental Championship at the pay-per-view. Ziggler previously issued an open challenge on last week’s SmackDown to any member of Raw to face him for the title at Survivor Series.

In a backstage segment earlier in the show, Stephanie McMahon told Zayn that the winner of his match against Rusev had to bring the title back to Raw. She also invited SmackDown’s Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan to Raw next week

Tonight’s Raw also saw the brand’s traditional Survivor Series teams continue to take shape with more announcements being made for the PPV.

  • Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg
