Daniel Bryan to respond to The Miz’s Talking Smack comments

After their confrontation on last week’s edition of Talking Smack created significant buzz online, the feud between SmackDown General Manager Daniel Bryan and Intercontinental Champion The Miz will continue on SmackDown this week.

A commercial aired during Monday’s Raw hyping Tuesday’s episode of SmackDown, and advertised that Bryan would address The Miz’s comments from last week.

Bryan and Miz blurred the lines between storyline and reality with a heated verbal exchange on Talking Smack. Bryan called Miz a coward and said that Miz embodied what he thought of as traditionally being the soft WWE style of wrestling.

Miz delivered an impassioned response, saying that his style kept him from ever being injured in his career. He turned the tables on Bryan by calling him a coward for retiring instead of returning to the ring after injuries forced him out of action.

Miz challenged Bryan to go back to the indies if WWE wouldn’t clear him, and Bryan said he would if WWE would let him.
