Conor McGregor slams professional wrestlers, praises the McMahons and The Rock

Both Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz were mostly courteous on Friday afternoon’s media conference call ahead of their much anticipated rematch at UFC 202 later this year, but McGregor wasn’t so kind when talking about most professional wrestlers.

McGregor was asked if we would ever see him crossover from the Octagon to the squared circle given WWE and UFC’s relationship in securing Brock Lesnar’s fight at UFC 200, but while McGregor had respect for the McMahon family, Triple H, and The Rock, he didn’t seem to have much respect for other wrestlers.

“For the most part those WWE guys are p*ssies. To be honest, they’re messed up p*ssies if you ask me.” McGregor said. “Fair play to Brock he got in and fought, but at the end of the day he’s juiced up to the f*cking eyeballs, so how can I respect that?”

Referring to CM Punk, McGregor said, “What’s the other guy? He hasn’t fought yet so I don’t know about him yet.”

“There are some dons in that wrestling game. The McMahons — they’re dons, Triple H is a don, The Rock is a don, but the rest of them are p*ssies. I don’t know, I haven’t really thought about that to be honest. That’s a little more show business. This is the fight business.”
