Cody Rhodes to deliver message to Brock Lesnar on WWE Raw
A Cody Rhodes segment has been added to the lineup for the Monday, July 10 WWE Raw episode.
As announced during Friday’s SmackDown, Rhodes will deliver a “special message” to Lesnar on Raw. Lesnar returned to WWE television on the July 3 Raw and attacked Rhodes, but Rhodes sent Lesnar packing after hitting a Cody Cutter.
Lesnar vs. Rhodes III is slated for SummerSlam on Saturday, August 5, although the match has yet to be officially announced. Rhodes won the first meeting between the two at Backlash on May 6, then Lesnar got the victory in the rematch at Night of Champions on May 27.
Three matches and a face-to-face segment have already been announced for Raw.
The Miz will face Tommaso Ciampa in a NO DQ match, Becky Lynch will take on Zoey Stark, Drew McIntyre & Matt Riddle will face Imperium’s Giovanni Vinci & Ludwig Kaiser, plus Ricochet & Logan Paul will go face-to-face.
The updated lineup for Monday’s Raw:
- No disqualification: The Miz vs. Tommaso Ciampa
- Becky Lynch vs. Zoey Stark
- Logan Paul, Ricochet face-to-face
