Cody Rhodes & Jey Uso to appear on WWE SmackDown
Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso will appear on Friday’s SmackDown.
Rhodes and Uso will appear just 24 hours prior to Fastlane on Saturday, where they will team together to challenge Finn Balor and Damian Priest for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team titles. The title match was made official on Monday’s Raw, when Rhea Ripley made her return and told Priest that Rhodes and Uso would be coming for the titles.
Later in the show, Rhodes appeared in front of the crowd for an interview and said it was the Judgment Day that backed themselves into this match. He then announced he would be at SmackDown on Friday in St. Louis, Missouri.
It was announced last Friday that The Judgment Day would also be appearing on Friday’s show. A singles match between NXT’s Dragon Lee and Austin Theory will also take place.
