CM Punk indicates he’s taking time off in WWE Raw promo
CM Punk is going home.
The start of Monday’s WWE Raw saw a bandaged and battered Punk come out to talk about his Hell in a Cell match against Drew McIntyre at Saturday’s Bad Blood, saying that he was banged up, and he didn’t know what the future held for him.
After he told his haters to keep doubting him, He said he was going to go home and see his wife as he hadn’t seen her in five weeks.
“I’d like to say I’ll see you soon, but I just don’t know,” Punk said. “Thank you.”
As Punk was leaving, Seth Rollins emerged. The two had a staredown as Rollins shoulder-checked Punk as he made his way to the ring. After making his entrance, Rollins said that he hoped Punk made his return soon so that he could retire him for good.
Punk defeated McIntyre in the violent and bloody aforementioned cage match this past Saturday.
