CM Punk appearance, two matches announced for WWE Raw

WWE has announced two new matches for WWE Raw, as well as an appearance by CM Punk.

Damage CTRL vs. Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez, and Dakota Kai vs. Katana Chance vs. Shayna Baszler in a Women’s Intercontinental tournament triple threat have been announced for the show. Raw General Manager Adam Pearce also revealed Punk will kick off the broadcast as well in a WWE digital exclusive video published on Sunday.

Pearce said:

“The train rolls on and it will roll into Everett, Washington tomorrow night for Monday Night Raw, where CM Punk will kick off the broadcast. Plus women’s Intercontinental Championship tournament kicks off, round one, triple threat action, Dakota Kai vs. Katana Chance vs. Shayna Baszler. And, Damage CTRL is in action against the Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. And are you ready to celebrate The New Day turning 10 years old? We are going to celebrate.”

WWE Raw this week takes place at the Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett, Washington. Only one other match has been announced for the show.
