Two WWE wrestlers added to Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIV
The lineup for Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIV from GCW continues to fill up with three new additions announced Thursday including one from WWE and another from WWE NXT.
Revealed by Barnett himself, Pete Dunne of New Catch Republic will make his return as will Charlie Dempsey who is making his fifth appearance in the unique format.
Dunne’s lone Bloodsport appearance was this past April in a win over Timothy Thatcher. He and Tyler Bate have been relegated to WWE Main Event duty as of late and has wrestled just three times overall since that Bloodsport debut. His last bout came in May.
Dempsey is 3-1 in Bloodsport, debuting in April 2024 with a win over Matt Makowski. After a July 2024 loss to Royce Isaacs, he rebounded with back-to-back wins over Tracy Williams (November 2024) and Shinya Aoki (April 2025).
Indie wrestler and GCW regular Slade was also announced for the card. He hasn’t competed in the format since March 2022 when he lost to Alex Coughlin.
The show will air live on Triller+.
