Cesaro vs. Sheamus best-of-7 series to conclude at WWE Clash of Champions

In what isn’t much of a surprise given how it was booked, the best-of-seven series between Cesaro and Sheamus will conclude on Sunday at Clash of Champions.
Cesaro was booked to fall behind 3-0 to open the series, but made a comeback and won the next three matches to push the series to its limit. He defeated Sheamus after hitting the Gotch Neutralizer on tonight’s Raw to force the deciding match.
The winner of Sunday’s match will not only win the series, but will receive what has been somewhat vaguely referred to as a future championship opportunity.
The current card for Clash of Champions is:
- WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens defending against Seth Rollins
- Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte defending against Sasha Banks and Bayley in a triple threat match
- United States Champion Rusev defending against Roman Reigns
- Raw Tag Team Champions The New Day defending against Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows
- Cesaro vs. Sheamus in the final match of their best-of-seven series
- Sami Zayn vs. Chris Jericho
