Bronson Reed to miss WWE Raw due to COVID

Bronson Reed won’t be on WWE Raw tonight.

Adam Pearce revealed on Monday that Reed has COVID and has been pulled from the show.

Reed was scheduled for a three-way match against Sheamus and Ludwig Kaiser in the Intercontinental Championship contenders tournament. Pearce says he will announce Reed’s replacement during tonight’s broadcast.

“Bronson Reed, medically unable to compete tonight, has COVID, out of the Intercontinental Championship contenders triple threat. And who steps in? Well, I can assure you I’m working on that and you’ll have an answer tonight,” Pearce says in the below video.

Reed was involved in an angle last week that saw him give Braun Strowman a Tsunami on top of a car.

Tonight’s Labor Day edition of WWE Raw takes place at the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado.
