Brock Lesnar appearance announced for WWE SmackDown

Brock Lesnar is heading to SmackDown.
Lesnar mentioned tonight during the opening promo of Raw that he would be on SmackDown this coming Friday to reintroduce himself to the Universal Champion, Roman Reigns. Paul Heyman, who interrupted Lesnar on tonight’s show, didn’t seem pleased by the development.
On tonight’s Raw, Lesnar was about to speak when Heyman came out. He mentioned that Lesnar might not even make it to WrestleMania, as he will defend the WWE Championship on the March 5 house show at Madison Square Garden. Heyman brought up that his opponent at MSG, Bobby Lashley, was under concussion protocol and it wasn’t known if he would make it to the show or not. Lesnar said that he knew where he was supposed to be.
Lesnar won the WWE Championship at Elimination Chamber this past Saturday, pinning Austin Theory to win the title. Lashley, who had defeated Lesnar at Royal Rumble, was written out of the match after Seth Rollins powerbombed Theory into Lashley’s chamber pod, knocking him out. It was recently reported that Lashley would be out four months due to a shoulder injury suffered back at the Royal Rumble in January.
