Bobby Lashley returns to WWE Raw

Bobby Lashley is back in the WWE.
Lashley made his return, interrupting a performance by Elias, who was singing and running down the fans as usual. Lashley’s music hit and the two faced off. Elias went for the first swing, but Lashley retaliated with a neckbreaker and a delayed vertical suplex.
Since being released from WWE in 2008, Lashley has wrestled for Impact Wrestling sporadically since 2009, winning their world championship on four different occasions. His last appearances on Impact have had him losing to Brian Cage, one of Impact’s newest signees who is doing a monster gimmick. He finished up with Impact officially back on January 14 of this year. Lashley has also competed in MMA, sporting a 15-2 record. He most recently beat Josh Applet at Bellator 162 on October 21, 2016.
In WWE, Lashley held the ECW and United States championships. He’s also remembered for a big stipulation bout at WrestleMania 23 where he, representing now United States president Donald Trump, faced Umaga who was represented by Vince McMahon in a hair vs. hair wager match. Lashley won the match for Trump, meaning Vince McMahon was forced to shave his head bald.
