Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair rematch set for WWE SmackDown

Coming out of Super Show-Down, a SmackDown Women’s Championship rematch is set for Tuesday.

Becky Lynch will again defend her title against Charlotte Flair on this coming Tuesday’s episode of SmackDown. That was set up by the finish of their match at Super Show-Down, with Charlotte winning by disqualification and Lynch keeping the championship. Lynch hit Charlotte with the title belt while Charlotte had her in the Figure Eight.

Charlotte attacked Lynch as she was leaving after the match, but Lynch laid out Charlotte with a clothesline, an exploder suplex on the floor, and a running knee strike.

Lynch won the SmackDown Women’s Championship by defeating Charlotte at Hell in a Cell last month. They’ve been feuding since the angle at SummerSlam where Lynch snapped and attacked Charlotte after their triple threat match against Carmella. Charlotte had won the title from Carmella in that triple threat match before dropping it to Lynch.

The Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana will host Tuesday’s SmackDown.
