Becky Lynch makes Vulture Festival appearance, hints at WWE future

With rumors swirling that she could be close to making her WWE return, Becky Lynch appeared at Vulture Festival 2024 on Sunday.

Lynch was featured in a conversation called “Becky Lynch Disarms Us” at the pop culture event. It took place amid her hiatus from WWE, which began nearly six months ago with her contract expiring at the start of June. It was teased that Lynch might provide some details about her future at Vulture Festival. And while there were no official announcements, Lynch did indicate that she is not done with WWE.

According to a fan in attendance, Lynch said the way her last match ended — losing to Liv Morgan and having Dominik Mysterio slam a steel cage door into her face — is not how she is going to end her WWE career. However, Lynch did say she has a lot going on right now and is enjoying what she is doing.

PWInsider reported last week that sources within WWE and Netflix expect Lynch to be back in the WWE mix by the time Raw premieres on Netflix in January 2025. WWE has announced that the show’s Netflix premiere will be held at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California on January 6.

Vulture shared a clip of Lynch arriving at Vulture Festival that can be watched below. She also had a book signing at the event, signing copies of her memoir “Becky Lynch: The Man: Not Your Average Average Girl” that was released earlier this year.
