Asuka says WWE & TKO are taking action to protect her after writing she felt in danger

Asuka says WWE is taking steps to protect her.
On social media, Asuka says both WWE and parent company TKO are taking steps after she wrote a series of posts earlier in the week asking fans not to make any romantic or personal approaches towards her as she has felt in danger recently.
“WWE and TKO are taking action to protect me. I appreciate it,” she wrote on Friday.
On January 29, Asuka sent a series of messages on X saying she rejected any “romantic or personal approaches” towards her.
“I’ve been feeling in danger recently. I’ve already consulted the police,” she wrote. “At this rate, even if fans approach me at the airport or in the city, I will feel the possibility that something might happen, and it will scare me, making me unable to respond.”
“Please don’t have romantic feelings for me. It’s meaningless—100% pointless,” another post said.
Asuka has been out of action since May of last year after undergoing knee surgery. She is a member of Damage CTRL, where both Kairi Sane and Dakota Kai are currently out action with injuries. IYO SKY is the only member currently cleared to compete.
