AEW’s Matt Jackson suffering from partially torn bicep

Matt Jackson is currently dealing with an injury.
Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Radio Tuesday morning said that Jackson had suffered a partially torn bicep during the three-way AEW Trios Championship match that took place earlier this month in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on AEW Dynamite.
“Apparently it happened early in the match and he worked the whole match with it,” Alvarez said.
“He opted to not get surgery and is hopeful he’ll be back quicker,” Meltzer added. “Surgery, you’re looking at seven months.”
Meltzer did not know what the timetable would be for Jackson.
“As far as timetable, it’s probably not too long? I don’t know. Pay-per-view is in two months. Two months feels short, which is too bad if they are not on pay-per-view,” he said
An angle took place on last week’s AEW Dynamite that saw The Young Bucks being stretchered into an ambulance after being attacked by the Blackpool Combat Club. It built to a storyline later in the show that involved Hangman Page making the save for Omega after the BCC attacked Omega following his match against El Hijo Del Vikingo.
