UFC on ESPN+ 63 live results: Amanda Lemos vs. Jessica Andrade

The Octagon is back inside the UFC Apex in Las Vegas for the second straight week, this time with a strawweight main event between a pair of Brazilian sluggers.

Amanda Lemos looks to remain undefeated inside the Octagon at 115-pounds as she puts her five-fight win streak on the line against former UFC Women’s Strawweight Champion Jessica Andrade, who is moving back down to the division she once reigned on top of. Lemos is coming off a split decision win over Angela Hill in December, while Andrade is coming off a first-round knockout of Cynthia Calvillo in September.

In the co-main event, UFC legend Clay Guida looks for his second straight win as he takes on Claudio Puelles. Also on the main card is a women’s flyweight battle between Maycee Barber and Montana De La Rosa, a heavyweight battle between Alexandr Romanov and Chase Sherman and a featherweight fight pitting Lando Vannata against Charles Jourdain.

Barry is making his UFC debut. He lands a side kick. Barry misses an overhand right but barely lands one. Barry lands some punches and Jackson stumbles. Barry with some side kicks and he’s pressuring but Jackson slips away. Barry lands a right hand. Barry with a left hand and then a right hand. We have a timeout for a groin strike. They get back to action and Barry with a side kick. He lands another hard side kick. Barry with a right hand and he lands another. Jackson with a leg kick. Barry counters with a right hand. Barry lands the jab. Barry with a flurry against the fence and Jackson falls to the mat. Jackson grabs the leg and they get to their feet and separate. Barry with an uppercut. Barry with a knee and a flurry against the fence. He lands another knee and is landing punches and a flying knee and we have a timeout for an eye poke. It looked like a bad eye gouge. The fight is stopped.

Prachnio with a leg kick. He lands another. Lins misses a big right hand. They trade jabs and Prachnio with a leg kick. They trade kicks. Lins gets a takedown. Lins gets the back against the fence as they get to their feet. Prachnio reverses and they break. Lins with a leg kick. Prachnio with a leg kick. Prachnio with a body kick. Prachnio with a head kick. Lins goes for a takedown against the fence but Prachnio defends and they break. Prachnio with a body kick as they exchange in close range. Prachnio lands a knee as they’re tied up. Prachnio with a knee late. 10-9 Prachnio.

Prachnio with a body kick and Lins lands a big counter right hand. Lins lands a big combination and Prachnio fires back and lands. Lins is cut open after that. They clinch and break and Lins lands a combo. Prachnio is backing up. Lins landing punches and Prachnio is covering up. Prachnio tries a takedown to no avail. Lins landing punches and Prachnio is hurt and getting tired. Prachnio with a teet kick and Lins goes to his knees and they clinch against the fence. Prachnio with some left hands and lands a knee to the body and they break. Prachnio trying for a takedown against the fence and Lins is defending by landing body punches. They break. Lins lands a combo. He lands another combo. He lands another and goes for a takedown against the fence. They break and Lins lands at the end. 10-9 Lins, 19-19.

Lins misses a left hand but gets a takedown against the fence. Lins with the advantage in the clinch against the fence as he lands body punches and a couple of knees. Lins gets the takedown. They get to their feet and separate but Lins scores another takedown. Lins with some punches from the top but Prachnio gets to his feet. Both are tired. Lins lands a right hand. They trade kicks and Lins lands a combination. Lins goes for the takedown and has the back against the fence. Lins has back control but Prachnio is staying on his feet and lands a foot stomp. Elder is making his UFC debut as he took this fight on Tuesday. Elder goes for a spin attack right away and Parsons gets a takedown and has the back and is looking for a crank as Elder is on his feet. He slips off and Elder is on top. They sweep to their feet. Elder lands and Parsons lands a counter left. Parsons with a right hand. They tie up and Parsons with a knee. He lands another. Elder with a knee. They try to trip each other up but separate. They both land punches. Elder lands a right hand. Elder with a body kick but eats a right hand from Parsons. They trade punches. Parsons with an elbow. Parsons gets a takedown. Parsons wit some right hands from the top. Parsons looks for an arm-triangle choke but Elder is defending. 10-9 Parsons.

Parsons goes for a takedown and picks Elder up and gets a big takedown and is in the guard of Elder. Parsons gets to the full mount and lands some elbows and punches. They get to their feet. Parsons with a right hand and Elder lands a high kick. Parsons with a leg kick. Parsons gets another takedown and is in the half-guard. Parsons gets back to the mount as he lands some big elbows. Elder gives up his back. Parsons has an arm under the neck but Elder reverses to the top and is in the guard of Parsons. Parsons sweeps to the top. He looks for the arm-triangle choke and Elder is gurgling. He has it locked in. Elder survives and gets out and sweeps to the top and is in side control. They get to their feet and trade late. 10-9 Parsons, 20-18 Parsons.

Parsons goes for the takedown and they tie up against the fence. They break. Parsons with a leg kick. Elder lands a spin kick to the body. Parsons shoots for the takedown but Elder defends and they break. Parsons with a right hand. They trade punches. Elder gets a takedown but Parsons immediately reverses to the top and is in the half-guard of Elder. Parsons gets the mount and is looking for the arm-triangle choke again. He lets go and lands a couple of elbows. Parsons with more sharp elbows as he is dominating from the top. Parsons with right hands and then some more elbows from the top. Parsons goes for an arm-triangle again but just lands punches at the end. 10-9 Parsons, 30-27 Parsons.

*They just announced that the main card fight between Alexandr Romanov and Chase Sherman is off the show due to a health issue concerning Sherman.

> Bantamweights- Aori Qileng (20-11, 0-2 UFC) vs. Cameron Else (10-5, 0-1 UFC)

They trade leg kicks. They trade and clinch against the fence. Qileng gets the back and lands a knee to the legs and they break. They’re both swinging and trying to find the finish. Qileng hurts Else with a big left to the body and Else falls to the mat and Qileng gets on top and lands. Qileng stands and is landing shots to the body and takes the back of Else. Qileng with big punches from the back as Else is covering up. Qileng with big right hands from the back mount. This should be stopped. Qileng with more big shots and Else is covering up and it is finally stopped. Big win for Qileng!

Pedro is fighting for the first time since December 2018. Pedro with a leg kick. He lands an inside leg kick. Pedro with a body kick. Pedro lands a left hand. Brief timeout for a groin strike. Pedro lands some leg kicks. Villanueva hasn’t landed a single strike in the first three minutes. Pedro lands a right hand and tries a knee to the body but it hit the groin and we have a timeout. They get back to action and Villanueva lands a punch. Pedro with a leg kick and then another and Villanueva is hurt. Pedro with a right hand. Villanueva lands a left hand. Pedro with a right hand and a leg kick and Villanueva falls and Pedro lands a right hand and it is stopped. Big finish by Pedro.

Grant lands a right hand followed by a left hook. They both land in close range. Grant lands a right hand. Grant with the jab. Khandozhko lands a left hook and Grant goes down but Khandozhko lets him back up. They trade big shots inside the pocket. Grant with a big right hand. Grant lands a left hook and a right hand. Both land big shots. Khandozhko with a right hand. Grant lands a right hand and Khandozhko falls to his hands and knees and Grant jumps on top and looks for the finish but they get to their feet. Khandozhko tries for a takedown as he has the body lock. They break at the end. 10-9 Grant.

They’re both swinging to start the second. Khandozhko lands a leg kick and Grant lands a right hand and they go to the mat for a moment but stand. They’re both landing and they trade left hands as Grant lands to the body. Grant with another left hook. Khandozhko with a body kick. Khandozhko lands the jab. Grant with a big left hand. Khandozhko is pressuring and lands the jab. Khandozhko lands a left hook that stuns Grant. Khandozhko with a combo. He lands another left hook. Grant with a jab. Wright with a leg kick. He lands another. He lands a third one. He lands another. He lands again and Barriault counters with a right hand. They clinch and Wright with some knees and Barriault lands some punches. Barriault lands to the body and to the chin and Wright goes for the takedown against the fence. Wright gets the takedown. He lands some left hands. They get up and Barriault has the neck as Wright gets a takedown. A guillotine choke is locked in and Barriault moves to the mounted guillotine choke and Wright taps! Big submission win for Barriault.

Jourdain landed a jumping body kick and Vannata grabbed the leg and got the takedown. Vannata is in side control. He passes to the guard and then looks to take the back. Vannata with some hammerfists and they get to their feet and separate. Jourdain with a body kick and Vannata lands a combo including a big uppercut. Vannata with a series of punches that connect. Jourdain lands a straight left as Vannata was kicking and Vannata slips to the mat and Jourdain gets on top. Jourdain looking for a guillotine as he has one locked in. It’s in deep and Vannata taps!

Barber with a leg kick. Barber misses her punches but grabs the back and looks for the takedown. Barber with some foot stomps. De La Rosa reverses position. Barber tries a trip but De La Rosa falls on top and they scramble up. They remain tied up against the fence. They reverse positions a few times. Barber separates and lands some big shots before they clinch back up and go to the mat but get to their feet. De La Rosa with a knee. Barber with a couple of left hands. She lands more. She lands a flurry of left hands. De La Rosa reverses position. 10-9 Barber.

De La Rosa lands a punch and they clinch. They push up to the fence and De La Rosa has the back and has the control. They go to the mat as De La Rosa has the back and is looking to get the hooks fully in. Barber gets out and is on top and is looking to land. De La Rosa reverses position and is in the guard of Barber at the end of the round. 10-9 Barber, 20-18 Barber.

They clinch right away to start the third and push up against the fence. Barber lands some shots as she has body control. Barber with left hands. Barber with an elbow. De La Rosa reverses position but is just holding on. Barber with a knee and then another. Barber with an elbow. They remain tied up against the fence. Barber lands a big knee. Barber gets a takedown and has back control. De La Rosa slips out to her feet and they clinch up and Barber lands some knees and De La Rosa with an elbow. Guida with a couple of leg kicks and Puelles with a high kick. Guida lands a right hand and goes for a takedown but Puelles grabs the neck. Guida gets it down and is in the guard but Puelles still has the neck and arm. Puelles with an omaplata attempt. Puelles looking for a triangle choke. He’s also looking for the arm. Guida trying to escape but Puelles still has the left arm locked. Puelles getting warned for hitting the back of the head. Guida is scrambling and gets his left arm out of danger. Puelles grabs the leg and locks in a kneebar and Guida taps! What a transition from Puelles to get the kneebar.
