Welcome to F4WOnline.com’s live coverage of UFC on ESPN+ 48: Gane vs. Volkov, emanating from the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The UFC wraps up a busy June with their fourth straight week of events before taking a week off, with this card headlined by a pivotal heavyweight bout.
Heavyweight contenders Ciryl Gane and Alexander Volkov square off in the five-round headliner, which will have some title implications riding in it. Volkov looks to get that elusive UFC title shot as he looks to extend his two-fight win streak.
Also on the main card is a short-notice heavyweight bout pitting Tanner Boser against Ovince Saint Preux, a bantamweight bout with Raoni Barcelos taking on Timur Valiev, an exciting featherweight match-up as Andre Fili takes on Daniel Pineda, a potential welterweight slugfest between Tim Means and Nicolas Dalby, and a lightweight battle with Renato Moicano against Jai Herbert.
Follow along with our live coverage of the event beginning at 1 p.m. Eastern time with preliminary action all the way through the main card.
