Conor McGregor punches man after he refuses whiskey

Former UFC champion Conor McGregor may not be throwing punches in the Octagon anytime soon, but he still continues to get into altercations outside of it.
Early Thursday morning, TMZ released a video from April 6th with no sound showing McGregor giving out whiskey shots at Dublin’s Marble Arch Pub when a man sitting at the bar refused it twice. McGregor became agitated and punched the man with a left hand before being escorted out. The man didn’t appear to be bleeding and remained sitting on the stool after the punch.
As of this writing, no charges have been filed and Irish police are said to still be investigating the incident despite it happening four months ago. TMZ didn’t explain why the video was released now, nor the name of the victim, only describing him as ‘elderly’.
McGregor was last seen in the UFC in October 2018 in a fourth round submission loss to lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.
