Von Erichs to team with Tom Lawlor at MLW TV tapings

MLW has announced Ross & Marshall Von Erich’s debut match for the promotion.

Ross & Marshall will team with MLW World Heavyweight Champion Tom Lawlor against Contra Unit (Jacob Fatu, Josef Samael & Simon Gotch) in a tornado tag match at MLW’s television tapings in Waukesha, Wisconsin on Saturday, June 1. MLW had been hyping that Lawlor would be bringing partners to the show to continue his storyline against Contra Unit.

Lawlor has been feuding with Contra Unit since the group formed and attacked Lawlor in March.

Ross & Marshall signing multi-year deals with MLW was announced last week. They are the sons of Kevin Von Erich.

Teddy Hart defending the MLW Middleweight Championship against Jimmy Havoc, Sami Callihan vs. Mance Warner in a falls count anywhere match, Davey Boy Smith Jr. vs MJF, the debut of Adam Brooks, and the finals of the National Openweight Championship tournament are also set for the June 1 tapings, which are taking place at the Waukesha County Expo Center.

The National Openweight title tournament finals will feature Alexander Hammerstone facing the winner of the Rich Swann vs. Brian Pillman Jr. match that’s airing on this week’s episode of MLW Fusion.
