Tammy ‘Sunny’ Sytch sued over fatal traffic accident

Tammy ‘Sunny’ Sytch is being sued over a fatal car incident she was involved in last month that led to the death of a 75-year-old man.
PWInsider reports that a civil lawsuit has been filed against Sytch and boyfriend James F. Pente by the estate of Julian L. Lasseter, who was killed on March 25 in Ormond Beach, Florida. The lawsuit is seeking ‘in excess of’ $30,000.
According to PWInsider, the lawsuit alleges negligence by Sytch. In addition, Sytch’s boyfriend Pente is ‘vicariously liable’ for Sytch’s actions by allowing her to use his vehicle. The lawsuit further states that that the Lasseter family has sustained medical and funeral expenses as a result of Sytch’s actions, and Lasseter’s adult daughter “has suffered, and will suffer into the future, the loss of her father’s companionship, instruction, guidance, and mental pain and suffering as a result of her father’s death.”
Neither Sytch or Pente have responded to the lawsuit.
An Ormond Beach Police Department report stated that Sytch, who does not have a valid driver’s license, crashed into Lasseter’s stopped vehicle. Witnessess reported that Sytch’s vehicle was traveling at “a high rate of speed”. Lasseter then crashed into a third vehicle. The driver and the passengers of the third vehicle were not hospitalized but complained of neck, back, side, and head injuries.
Sytch has not been arrested for the incident, as authorities are currently awaiting toxicology reports from a blood sample obtained while Sytch was hospitalized. An online obituary for Lasseter has been published.
