Rhett Titus unscathed following scary head-on car crash

Former ROH Television Champion Rhett Titus is thankfully unscathed following a scary car crash over the weekend.

After working an indie show in Morristown, New Jersey on Saturday night, Titus was driving home on a one-way highway when a vehicle drove head-on into his car. Though Titus’ car was likely totaled, he wasn’t injured in the collision.

Titus tweeted on Sunday night:

I AM OK AND NOT INJURED

Driving home from the @ispwwrestling show last night a car drove head on into mine on the Garden State Parkway (which is a one way highway)

I am extremely lucky to have been able to walk away from it unscathed.

it really further puts things into perspective as to how quick it all can be over.

I am also thankful for great friends like [Gabby Ortiz] & [Leon St. Giovanni] who dropped what they were doing and picked my stranded ass up and drove me all the way home after 2 ubers canceled on me.

Thankful I am alive and well to spend #MothersDay with my wife and son.

My car is most likely totaled, but I am thankful that I’m still standing.

Much love

Titus is a one-time ROH TV Champion and two-time ROH Tag Team Champion. He lost the ROH TV title to Minoru Suzuki at Supercard of Honor last month, with Suzuki then going on to drop the title to Samoa Joe.

Titus made his AEW debut on the episode of Dark: Elevation that aired last week, losing to Konosuke Takeshita.
