Pete Dunne vs. Timothy Thatcher added to Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIII

Pete Dunne has his opponent for WrestleMania weekend.
Josh Barnett announced on Friday that Dunne will face Timothy Thatcher at Bloodspot XIII, which will take place on April 17 in Las Vegas.
βTwo men that haven’t faced each other one-on-one since 2016, yet seem destined to meet each in perpetual combat. Both adherents of the old ways of Pro Wrestling – Catch-as-Catch-can. Who will take the limb the first and catch hold of victory? Pete Dunne takes on Timothy Thatcher and Josh Barnett’s: Bloodsport XIII,β Barnett wrote on social media.
Dunne has been seen lately on Raw as a singles wrestler, most recently losing a three-way to Ludwig Kaiser and Penta. He also made an appearance at OTT Homecoming earlier this month, where he defeated Sammy D.
Timothy Thatcher meanwhile is currently serving as a trainer for WWE ID talent. He made an in-ring return on the most recent edition of WWE Evolve, losing to Sean Legacy.
A few hours later, Barnett announced that former AEW star Leyla Hirsch will take on Jordan Blade.
The only other match confirmed for Bloodsport XIII is a match between WWEβs Natalya and Miyu Yamashita.
