Mick Foley appearance, ROH tag title match set for NWA Hard Times 2

The full card has been revealed for next month’s NWA Hard Times 2 pay-per-view.

The PPV is taking place at GPB Studios in Atlanta on Saturday, December 4 and will be available via Fite TV. The card is headlined by an NWA World Heavyweight Championship match between Trevor Murdoch and Mike Knox. NWA Women’s Champion Kamille will also defend her title against Melina.

An ROH Tag Team Championship match will take place at Hard Times as The OGK (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett) defend against Aron Stevens & JR Kratos. Taven & Bennett won the titles from Dragon Lee & Kenny King at ROH’s Honor for All show this past Sunday.

Mick Foley will make an appearance at Hard Times, with the NWA’s Billy Corgan saying that Foley will be their Santa for the night.

The return of the NWA Junior Heavyweight Championship has also been announced. At Hard Times, there will be two qualifying matches where the winners will get a spot in the Junior Heavyweight title tournament. Austin Aries is coming to the NWA for a qualifying match against Rhett Titus. There will be a 12-man qualifying gauntlet at the show as well.

The gauntlet match will be one of the bouts on the pre-show for Hard Times. The pre-show will air for free on the NWA’s YouTube channel and Fite.

  • There will be an in-ring tribute to Jazz following her announcement that she’s retiring from in-ring competition
  • No time limit and no DQ match: NWA Television Champion Tyrus defends against Cyon (Da Pope will be the special guest referee)
  • Nick Aldis vs. Thom Latimer (no seconds at ringside, Aldis and Latimer will both be suspended from the NWA for eight weeks if there’s a disqualification)
  • NWA National Champion Chris Adonis defends against Judais
  • NWA Tag Team Champions La Rebelion (Bestia 666 & Mecha Wolf) defend against The End (Odinson & Parrow)
  • NWA Women’s Tag Team Champions The Hex (Allysin Kay & Marti Belle) defend against Kylie Rae & Tootie Lynn and Lady Frost & Natalia Markova
  • Colby Corino vs. Doug Williams
  • NWA Junior Heavyweight Championship qualifying match: Austin Aries vs. Rhett Titus
  • NWA Junior Heavyweight Championship qualifying gauntlet (Homicide, Darius Lockhart, Ariya Daivari, CW Anderson, Sal Rinauro, Kerry Morton, Luke Hawx, PJ Hawx, Jamie Stanley, Victor Benjamin, Jeremiah Plunkett, and Alex Taylor)
