Kenny Omega officially confirmed for Chris Jericho’s cruise

Kenny Omega has been added to the lineup for Chris Jericho’s “Rock N Wrestling Rager At Sea” cruise.

Jericho announced the news today in a video where he referenced the match they had at the Tokyo Dome last month and called Omega the best wrestler in the world. When they were going back and forth on social media prior to that match being announced, it was originally speculated that the angle would lead to a match on the cruise until Jericho showed up in New Japan Pro Wrestling.

A press release confirmed that Omega will be wrestling on the cruise: “Kenny joins a stacked Ring of Honor roster who will be wrestling at sea. In addition to Omega’s matches on the ship, there will be a ‘Sea of Honor’ tournament aboard the ship, including fellow Bullet Club members Cody, Young Bucks, Marty Scurll, and Adam Page, as well as current Ring of Honor World Champion Dalton Castle and fan favorites The Briscoes, Brandi Rhodes, Jay Lethal, Christopher Daniels, Kazarian, and Delirious.”

The winner of that tournament will receive a future shot at the ROH World title.

The pro wrestling and rock music-themed cruise will sail from Miami, Florida to Nassau, Bahamas and is scheduled for October 27-31.
