WWE NXT wrestler Gigi Dolin believed to have suffered torn ACL

A torn ACL is believed to be the injury NXT wrestler Gigi Dolin is recovering from.

Dolin has not wrestled since March. Earlier this month, it was revealed that she was dealing with a serious knee injury and there was no timetable for her return. The exact injury she suffered wasn’t disclosed, but Dave Meltzer reports that it’s said to be a torn ACL.

“Gigi Dolin’s injury keeping her out of action is said to be a torn ACL,” Meltzer wrote in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

The 27-year-old Dolin last wrestled on the March 12 episode of NXT, losing to Arianna Grace by disqualification. As a stipulation of Grace winning the match, she got to give Dolin a makeover. Their story continued to play out in the following weeks with skits that aired on NXT television.

Fightful reported this month that Dolin had been spotted with her leg in a brace, and she had not been backstage at the WWE Performance Center for recent NXT episodes.

Dolin is a former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion, holding the titles with Jacy Jayne twice when they were part of Toxic Attraction. Their partnership disbanded with Jayne turning against Dolin in February 2023.
