WWE NXT viewership up slightly, demo rating steady

Tuesday’s episode of NXT averaged 628,000 viewers on the USA Network, up 0.6 percent from last week. It’s the best audience for the show since January 11.

NXT drew the same 0.14 rating in the 18-49 demo as the previous week. With competition not as strong as recent weeks, that allowed the show to finish 29th on the cable charts, which is much higher than NXT has been ranking. That matches the show’s highest rating in the key demo since January 4.

NXT was up big with males 12-34, with its 0.08 rating in that category being a 60 percent increase over last Tuesday. Women 18-49 dropped by 11.1 percent and was the only demo to show a decrease from the previous week.

As compared to the same week in 2021, NXT was down 7.4 percent in overall viewers but even in the 18-49 demo. NXT moved to Tuesdays in early April last year, so these comparisons will be fairer in a couple weeks.

Listed below are the last 11 weeks of overall viewership and 18-49 demo numbers for weeks where NXT aired on USA Network. This Tuesday’s show was up 1.4 percent in viewership and even in 18-49 as compared with the recent averages in both categories.
