WWE NXT video highlights: Great American Bash go-home show

On WWE NXT last night, Bron Breakker came face-to-face with the competitor who will challenge for his title next week, Cameron Grimes.

Grimes told the NXT champion that he has no heart and then made the same comment about Breakker’s father. Breakker attacked Grimes but missed a charge into the corner and went shoulder-first into the turnbuckle. Grimes then rammed Breakker’s shoulder into the buckle again, causing the top rope to break. Breakker then sold the injury as it became clear he would not be going into The Great American Bash at 100%.

Three title matches for next week were also booked on the show. Cora Jade and Roxanne Perez defeated Katana Chance and Kayden Carter to earn a shot against Toxic Attraction for the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships. Grayson Waller tricked NXT North American Champion, Carmelo Hayes, into giving him a title shot next week as well. Also, Roderick Strong will team with Damon Kemp to face their Diamond Mine stablemates, the Creed Brothers, for the NXT Tag Team Champions.
