WWE NXT video highlights: Dream sets his sights on NXT title

Despite technically losing his steel cage match against Roderick Strong last night, Velveteen Dream looks to have emerged as a challenger for Adam Cole’s NXT Championship.
Strong got help from his Undisputed Era stablemates and his wife Marina Shafir in last night’s main event. After Undisputed Era interfered, Dream was left in the cage with Strong and Cole. He pushed Strong out of the door and locked himself inside of the cage with Cole.
Dream laid out Cole and the rest of Undisputed Era as they tried to help him, then left with Cole’s NXT title belt.
Dream vs. Strong was one of two steel cage matches that took place last night. Tegan Nox and Dakota Kai’s cage match also saw interference, with Raquel Gonzalez again helping Kai defeat Nox.
