WWE NXT video highlights: Dolph Ziggler wins number one contender’s match
Dolph Ziggler became the new number one contender to the NXT Championship last night.
The main event of last night’s NXT saw Ziggler defeat Tommaso Ciampa in a number one contender’s match. Ziggler got help from his tag team partner Robert Roode, who was disguised as a cameraman. While the referee wasn’t looking, Roode hit Ciampa with his camera. Ziggler then gave Ciampa a superkick and pinned him to get the victory.
NXT Champion Bron Breakker was barred from ringside for the Ziggler vs. Ciampa match. He ran out after the match to save Ciampa from an attack by Ziggler and Roode. Breakker got on the microphone and challenged Ziggler & Roode to face him and Ciampa in a tag team bout next week.
Breakker then challenged Ziggler and Roode to find their balls and fight them right then and there. The show ended with officials trying to break up a brawl between the two teams.
