WWE NXT ratings down against NBA playoff play-in games

Tuesday’s episode of NXT averaged 610,000 viewers on the USA Network, down 3.3 percent from last week. It’s the lowest audience for the show since March 1, but the last seven weeks of NXT viewership numbers have all been between 610,000 and 631,000.

In the 18-49 demo, NXT drew a 0.12 rating, down 14.3 percent from last week. That matches the lowest rating in that category the show has done on USA Network since January 18.

NXT finished 47th on the cable charts, which were topped by two NBA playoff play-in tournament games on TNT that did 0.95 and 1.06 ratings in 18-49 respectively.

In the individual ratings categories, NXT was down in every age group with the exception of people over 50, where the show was up 2.7 percent from last week. The biggest drop was with women 18-49, where the rating dropped by 25 percent.

As compared to the same week in 2021, NXT was down 24.2 percent in overall viewers and down 45.5 percent in the 18-49 demo.
