WWE NXT Level Up results: Duke Hudson vs. Damon Kemp

This past week’s edition of WWE NXT Level Up was taped before last Tuesday’s NXT. Sudu Shah and Byron Saxton were on the call. For anyone keeping score, Saxton proclaimed that Kevin Owens would beat Roman Reigns for the WWE undisputed Universal Championship.
Von Wagner (w/ Mr. Stone) defeated Oba Femi
Wagner powered Femi into the corner before dropping him with a shoulderblock. Femi reversed an Irish whip and threw a shoulderblock of his own, but Wagner cut him off with a short-arm lariat. He then dropped Femi with a belly-to-back suplex for a near fall.
After a few minutes of Wagner working him over, Femi ducked a charge in the corner and fired up with a flurry of offense. Wagner moved out of the way of a corner attack and hit a big boot to take Femi down. Wagner then hit an Attitude Adjustment for the win.
– Kelly Kincaid interviewed Jakara Jackson. Jackson called herself a “goal digger” and that she’s about her business. She plans on beating Isla Dawn to make her way up to NXT.
Isla Dawn defeated Jakara Jackson
Her entrance is ooky. Her movements are so kooky. Mysterious and spooky. Her name is Isla Dawn. Unfortunately for Dawn, her entrance music isn’t as snappy as the Addams Family theme.
Jackson out-wrestled Dawn to start, knocking her down with a dropkick. Dawn took control after taking out Jackson’s knee. On commentary, Shah asked Saxton when the darkness took over Dawn. How would he know?
Dawn hit a standing meteora for two. She menaced the referee, threatening to make him erupt in black goo like she did at Deadline, but Jackson rolled her up for a near fall. Jackson fought out of a hold and fired up, hitting a suplex for two. However, Dawn cut her off and hit the Final Cut for the win.
Duke Hudson (w/ Andre Chase & Thea Hail) defeated Damon Kemp
Kemp ducked a lockup to mock the Chase U student section. Hudson hit a pair of shoulderblocks before Kemp cut him off with a kitchen sink knee for two. Kemp kept control of an armlock with a fireman’s carry, but Hudson fought out and hit a bodyslam to fire the crowd up. Kemp dumped Hudson on the ropes and dropped him with a neckbreaker for another nearfall.
Kemp worked on Hudson in the corner, driving him into the turnbuckle and maneuvering his way into a German suplex for two. Hudson fought out of a chinlock with a back suplex. Hudson hulked up, peppering Kemp with shots before dropping him with a clothesline. Hudson punched Kemp, spelling out Chase U before hitting The Big Elbowski for the win.
