WWE NXT draws record low viewership for USA Network episode

Tuesday night’s episode of WWE NXT averaged 528,000 viewers on the USA Network, down 4.9 percent from last week. It’s the lowest audience total for NXT since February 15, 2022, when it was moved to Syfy because of the Winter Olympics.
This is the lowest viewership NXT has ever done for an episode that aired on USA Network. There are three episodes that were moved to Syfy that drew lower audiences.
In the 18-49 demo, NXT finished 18th on the cable charts with a 0.13 rating, which was the same as last week. The show went head-to-head with an NBA play-in tournament game on TNT that averaged 2.2 million viewers and finished second on the cable charts with a 0.89 rating in 18-49. A play-in game that began after 10 p.m. Eastern took the top spot on cable.
Despite the overall viewership decrease, NXT’s ratings were actually up from last week in a few demos. The biggest increase came with males 12-34, which were up 40 percent. The biggest drop was with people 25-54, which were down 20 percent.
As compared to the same week in 2022, NXT’s overall viewership was down 13.4 percent but its 18-49 rating was up 8.3 percent.
Listed below are the last 11 weeks of overall viewership and individual demo ratings for NXT, as well as the 10-week averages in all categories. This week’s show was down 10.2 percent in overall viewers and down 7.1 percent in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.
