Wendy Choo returning to WWE NXT TV next week
Wendy Choo’s return to NXT TV, plus a Singapore Cane match are set for WWE NXT’s June 11 episode.
After weeks of vignettes teasing her comeback, Wendy Choo’s return is official for next week’s WWE NXT episode. The 32 year-old Choo had been sidelined due to an apparent knee injury since May 2023 before making her in-ring return at an NXT Level Up taping last month. Choo wore a brace on her left knee in that return bout.
A Singapore Cane match is also set for next week’s episode.
After a backstage brawl on this week’s episode, Lexis King will go one-on-one with Dante Chen in the stipulation bout on next week’s episode.
Chen scored victories over King on last week’s WWE NXT episode and the May 21 show. The two continued their program on an NXT house show last Friday, with Chen also winning that bout.
Next week’s WWE NXT will also feature fallout from Sunday’s Battleground event.
