Two more teams qualify for WWE NXT Tag Team title contender’s match

Two more teams have qualified for the WWE NXT Tag Team title number one contenders match set for Tuesday, April 2.

The OC’s Karl Anderson & uke Gallows, plus Axiom & Nathan Frazer won qualifying matches on Tuesday’s WWE NXT episode to advance to the triple threat number one contenders bout on April 2.

Gallows & Anderson defeated Hank Walker & Tank Ledger in one qualifying bout Tuesday, while Axiom & Frazer beat No Quarter Catch Crew’s Charlie Dempsey & Myles Borne to qualify.

Tuesday’s winners join the LWO’s Joaquin Wilde & Cruz Del Toro in a triple threat match set for the Tuesday, April 2 WWE NXT episode to determine which team will challenge The Wolf Dogs’ Bron Breakker & Baron Corbin for the NXT Tag Team titles at Stand & Deliver on Saturday, April 6.

An additional wrinkle was added to the Tag Team title picture on Tuesday’s show as Alpha Academy’s Otis & Akira Tozawa made a surprise appearance on the episode.

Otis & Tozawa will take on The Wolf Dogs on next week’s NXT show. If they win, the duo will be added to the Tag Team title match at Stand & Deliver, making it a triple threat match.
