Three title matches official for WWE NXT Battleground

The first matches are official for WWE NXT Battleground, all title bouts.
Myles Borne was victorious in the 25-man battle royal to decide the number one contender to the NXT Championship on Tuesday’s show, and will challenge Oba Femi for the NXT title at Battleground on Sunday, May 25.
Borne’s No Quarter Catch Crew teammate Charlie Dempsey attempted to take the title shot away from him by asserting his leadership in the NQCC, but Borne threw Dempsey under the bus in a backstage segment with the champ, and Borne will indeed get the Battleground title shot. Dempsey will face Femi in a non-title matchup on next week’s WWE NXT.
In Tuesday’s main event, Jordynne Grace defeated Giulia to become the number one contender to Stephanie Vaquer’s NXT Women’s Championship, and will challenge Vaquer at Battleground. Champion and challenger ended Tuesday’s episode with a faceoff in the ring.
The TNA World title will also be defended on an NXT PLE for the first time ever at Battleground, with Joe Hendry defending against Trick Williams. A contract signing for that match will take place on next week’s WWE NXT.
The Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida will host Battleground on Sunday, May 25. The lineup to this point:
