NXT 2.0 wrestler appears at NXT UK television taping

Roderick Strong is headed to the NXT UK brand.
The Diamond Mine member took part in a set of television tapings held today at the BT Sports Studio in London. This is the first time he’s taken part in an NXT UK event.
Good to see @roderickstrong make an appearance for #NXTUK really enjoyed his match and I was sad about @Malcolmvelli not making the trip to London guessing his schedules clashed. Thanks Malcolm for bringing Roddy to London pic.twitter.com/6fRhASdVT6

Strong hasn’t wrestled since he took part in a dark match on the February 4 SmackDown tapings, losing to Tommaso Ciampa. His last match on NXT was three days earlier when he teamed with The Creed Brothers, losing to Imperium.
Social media posts from the tapings also indicate that Lizzy Evo and Tate Mayfairs made their NXT UK debuts at the taping as well. 23-year-old Evo is from the Liverpool area and worked a set of NXT UK tapings held in November. She also wrestled NXT UK’s Emilia McKenzie in a match for CATCH Pro Wrestling last month. Mayfairs is from London as well and has worked for promotions such as PROGRESS and RWP as of late.
Great times at the #NXTUK tapings this evening really enjoyed seeing @LizzyEvo8 @TateMayfairs hopefully tv debuts. Both had some eventful debuts. pic.twitter.com/VUhqMCyIN9
