NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament finals set for next week

The finals of the NXT Breakout Tournament will now be held next week following NXT In Your House.

During a promo on tonight’s NXT, Roxanne Perez announced that the finals between her and Tiffany Stratton would take place next week. It had originally been announced for tonight’s show, but a preview for the match was removed from WWE’s website prior to the start of the program.

In tonight’s promo, Perez talked about how all she wanted to do growing up was become a WWE Superstar. She mentioned her friendship with Cora Jade and training at Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling school as well. She promised to make her dreams come true.

In a later video, her opponent Stratton mentioned how she corrected an injustice by having a Breakout Tournament and not including her, saying Nikkita Lyons, who she replaced, wouldn’t have won anyway. Stratton said next week Perez could cry on Jade’s shoulder while she signs the contract.
