Blair Davenport vs. Nikkita Lyons set for WWE NXT

A new match has been added to NXT.

Blair Davenport will meet Nikkita Lyons on Tuesday’s show. This past Tuesday, Lyons confronted Davenport after she came up short in the NXT Women’s title match, losing to Lyra Valkyria. The two exchanged words and nearly came to blows before they were escorted away by backstage personnel.

Lyons was out of action for 10 months in storyline after being taken out by Davenport in a backstage attack. It was eventually revealed that Davenport was behind a string of backstage attacks, putting people such as Sol Ruca and Wendy Choo out of action. In reality, Lyons was out recovering from a torn ACL. She made her return last month and has targeted Davenport ever since.
