Becky Lynch vs. Tiffany Stratton to main event WWE NXT No Mercy
Becky Lynch vs. Tiffany Stratton will officially headline tonight’s NXT No Mercy event.
Lynch is defending the NXT Women’s Championship against Stratton in an extreme rules match at No Mercy. Before the show, Shawn Michaels sent out a message on social media announcing that Lynch vs. Stratton will be the main event..
“I’m very proud of our NXT Women’s Division and all the hard work our ladies put in.,” Michaels wrote. “And I’m very proud to announce the Extreme Rules Match for the NXT Women’s Championship between @BeckyLynchWWE and @tiffstrattonwwe will Main Event tonight’s No Mercy Premium Live Event.”
Lynch defeated Stratton for the NXT Women’s Championship on the September 12 episode of NXT. It’s the first time Lynch has ever held the title. She wasn’t a champion during her original NXT run.
The winner of tonight’s Lynch vs. Stratton match will defend the NXT Women’s Championship against Tegan Nox on Raw this Monday.
The No Mercy main card streams live on Peacock/WWE Network starting at 8 p.m. Eastern time. There’s also a pre-show starting at 7 p.m. Eastern. Here’s everything that’s been announced for the event:

- NXT Tag Team Champions Tony D’Angelo & Stacks defend against Bronco Nima & Lucien Price, The Creed Brothers, and Angel & Humberto in a fatal four-way match
- NXT Heritage Cup Champion Noam Dar defends against Butch
- Baron Corbin vs. Bron Breakker
- Pre-show: Kelani Jordan vs. Blair Davenport
