IWGP UK title match, Jon Moxley vs. Great-O-Khan set for NJPW Power Struggle

Two new matches have been set for NJPW’s Power Struggle next month.

At the end of Saturday’s Royal Quest III, Shota Umino came out and challenged Will Ospreay, who had successfully defended the IWGP UK Championship against Zack Sabre Jr. on the show, to a title match at Power Struggle on November 4 in Osaka. Ospreay said he would accept the match if Great-O-Khan got a match against Jon Moxley on the same show. Umino agreed, setting the stage for both matches.

Jon Moxley has wrestled a handful of matches in NJPW this year. He last wrestled in Japan on July 5, defeating El Desperado in a Final Death match. He has also been announced for NJPW’s upcoming Lone Star Shootout event on November 10 in Garland, Texas.

Here is the updated card for Power Struggle in Osaka:

  • IWGP United Kingdom title: Will Ospreay defends against Shota Umino
