The Grizzled Young Veterans have issued a challenge for NJPW Fighting Spiriting Unleashed.
At today’s NJPW Royal Quest event, Zack Gibson and James Drake appeared via video and stated they want a shot at the Strong Tag Team Championships on the November 8 pay-per-view in Lowell, Massachusetts.
After the video aired, TMDK’s Mikey Nicholls and Shane Haste successfully defended the Strong tag titles against Hiroshi Tanahashi and Tomohiro Ishii. However, NJPW has yet to make the match between GYV and TMDK official for Lowell.
Haste & Nicholls also hold the IWGP World Heavyweight Tag Team Championships. They are scheduled to defend those titles at NJPW Power Struggle on Monday, November 4, 2024, against HENARE and Great-O-Khan.
