Jacob Fatu vs. Mads Krugger set for MLW Blood & Thunder
A match between former CONTRA Unit teammates has been added to MLW’s Blood & Thunder show in January as former MLW Champion Jacob Fatu will take on Mads Krugger.
Fatu and CONTRA Unit imploded during last year’s War Chamber match loss to Alexander Hammerstone’s team. Fatu and Krugger had a pull-apart brawl after the match that also included other CONTRA team members that saw fans take Fatu’s side.
The Friday, January 21st event in Dallas, Texas, will be a TV taping for MLW Fusion Alpha: episodes of which will air after the new MLW Azteca mini-season that starts this week concludes.
Here’s what’s been announced thus far:
- Jacob Fatu vs. Mads Krugger
- MLW Tag Team Champions 5150 vs. Von Erichs in a Texas tornado title match
- ROH Women’s Champion Rok-C vs. Miranda Gordy in a non-title match
- Davey Richards vs. ACH
- Ho Ho Lun, The Saito Brothers, Mini Abismo Negro and others will be in action
